Pantevo Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Pantevo, a SaaS platform for food banks, donors, and receivers. They explain account responsibilities, subscriptions and payments, cancellation and refund rules, user rights, intellectual property, privacy-related policies, acceptable use, termination, and limitations of liability.

These Terms replace any earlier version. We will tell you before a material change takes effect, and may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Pantevo.
Agreement to these Terms
Pantevo is a cloud-based food distribution platform operated by ("Pantevo", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of pantevo.com and any related services.
By creating an account, ticking the box confirming you agree to these Terms, or using the platform in any way, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Pantevo.
If you are accepting on behalf of a food bank or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
1 Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings given below.
"Pantevo", "we", "us" and "our" mean , the operator of the Platform.
"Platform" means pantevo.com and every service, page, feature and interface we provide through it.
"Account" means the login created for you when you register, together with the role attached to it.
"Food Bank" means an organisation that subscribes to the Platform to receive, record and distribute food, and includes the Food Bank Administrator who manages that organisation's account.
"Donor" means a person or organisation that offers food through the Platform.
"Receiver" means a household or individual approved by a Food Bank to receive food through the Platform.
"Donation" means an offer of food posted by a Donor through the Platform.
"Approved" means a Food Bank has accepted a Donation and arranged collection or delivery. Approval is a scheduling step only. It does not mean the food has changed hands.
"Confirmed" means a Food Bank has taken physical possession of the food and recorded receipt on the Platform. Confirmation is the point at which inventory is updated and a tax receipt is issued.
"Subscription" means the paid plan a Food Bank holds, including any free trial period.
"Content" means anything you upload, enter or submit through the Platform, including donation listings, organisation details and images.
